What we are
New Braunfels Foundation Pros is a locally operated referral service for residential foundation repair in Comal, Guadalupe and Hays Counties. When you call (830) 626-9042 or send the form, we take the details and route your inquiry to an independent foundation repair contractor who serves your area. That contractor inspects the house, writes the estimate, performs the work and backs the warranty.
We do not perform foundation repair. We do not employ the crews. We do not add a markup to the contractor's estimate, and we do not collect a percentage of your repair cost. The contractor compensates us for the referral; you pay the contractor the same price as any other customer walking in off the street.
Why a referral service
Texas does not license foundation repair contractors. Anyone with a truck and a hydraulic ram can press piers. That leaves homeowners choosing between a national franchise with a sales script and a local outfit they found on a yard sign. We built this site to be the third option: a plain-language explanation of how foundations fail on this specific ground, and a single call that gets a contractor we have already checked out.
Before we route a single call to a contractor, we confirm general liability insurance, a working local presence in the New Braunfels area, a written transferable warranty on pier work, and a willingness to work to an independent engineer's plan when a homeowner wants one.
