The short version: we route your inquiry to an independent contractor, that contractor does the work, and we are paid for the referral.

The referral model
New Braunfels Foundation Pros is a local referral service. Your call or form is routed to an independent, licensed and insured foundation repair contractor serving your area. New Braunfels Foundation Pros does not perform foundation repair, inspections or engineering, and is not the contractor that will appear at your property.
The contractor who receives your inquiry is an independent business. They set their own prices, schedule, contract terms and warranty. We are compensated by the contractor for referrals. That compensation does not change the price you are quoted; you pay the contractor the same as any customer who contacted them directly. We do not receive a percentage of your repair cost.
Where we say a contractor is licensed, we mean they hold whatever licenses apply to their work. Texas does not issue a foundation repair contractor license; related trades such as plumbing and engineering are licensed and the contractor coordinates licensed professionals for those portions.
What we vet, and what we do not guarantee
Before routing calls to a contractor we confirm general liability insurance, a local operating presence, and a written transferable warranty on pier work. We review that periodically. We do not supervise the contractor's work and we do not guarantee any outcome, price, timeline, warranty performance or result of the repair. Your contract is with the contractor.
Price ranges, soil descriptions and repair methods described on this site are general information drawn from published sources and regional contractor experience. They are not a quote and not a diagnosis of your property. Only the contractor's written estimate, after inspection, is a price.
Call recording and messaging
Calls to and from our number may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and routing purposes. By continuing a call after hearing the recording notice, or by placing a call to a number on this site, you consent to recording to the extent permitted by Texas and federal law. If you do not wish to be recorded, send the form instead.
If you provide a mobile number, we or the contractor may call or text you about your inquiry. Message frequency is limited to your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Carrier message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy page for how your information is handled.
