Information we collect

When you call or submit the form we collect your name, phone number, email address if provided, the property address, and the description you give of the foundation concern. Our phone system logs the calling number, time and duration of calls, and calls may be recorded as described below. The website collects standard server logs and may use analytics cookies that record pages visited and referral source. We do not collect payment information; any payment is made directly to the contractor.

How we use it and who receives it

We use your information to route your inquiry to an independent foundation repair contractor serving your area and to follow up on that inquiry. We share your contact details and the information you gave us with that servicing contractor so they can call you and schedule an inspection. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third party for their marketing purposes. Service providers that host our website, phone system or form processing handle data on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists without separate consent.

Call recording

Calls to and from our number may be recorded for quality, training and dispute resolution. Texas is a one-party consent state for call recording, and we additionally provide notice at the start of recorded calls. By continuing the call you consent to recording in accordance with Texas and federal law, including the federal Wiretap Act. Recordings are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

SMS and text messaging

By providing a mobile number through our form or by phone, you consent to receive calls and text messages from New Braunfels Foundation Pros and the servicing contractor regarding your inquiry.
