Terms of Use

Nature of the service

New Braunfels Foundation Pros operates a referral website and phone line. We connect homeowners with an independent, licensed and insured foundation repair contractor serving their area. We are not a contractor, engineer, inspector or real estate professional, and we do not perform, supervise or warrant any work. Any agreement for inspection or repair is solely between you and the contractor.

Information on this site

Content about soils, repair methods, prices and local conditions is provided for general educational purposes. It is drawn from public sources and regional experience and may contain errors or become outdated. It is not a quote, a diagnosis, or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely on it in place of an inspection by a qualified contractor or an opinion from a licensed professional engineer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, New Braunfels Foundation Pros is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, from any referral we make, or from the acts, omissions, work, pricing or warranty of any contractor to whom you are referred. Our total liability for any claim related to this site or a referral shall not exceed one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Texas consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree not to submit false information, to use the form or phone line for any purpose other than a genuine inquiry about foundation services, or to scrape, copy or republish site content without permission. The text and original images on this site are owned by New Braunfels Foundation Pros. Third-party marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
